Posted on June 9, 2015March 29, 2018 by eponinepc The past few weeks This poor blog has been very unloved over the past few weeks, so here’s a bumper picture post showing what we’ve been up to & where we’ve been. Set up at Chester Uni with our lovely new banner for the last Chester Food Fest until September. Just taking a moment for a bit of stall browsing before the lunch time rush! We had lots of beautiful marshmallows, chocolate bars, and handmade chocolates with us, alongside boxes of dark chocolate dipped candied fruit. Two ways to enjoy our proper honeycomb, handmade with real honey – big chunks or giant rochers smothered in gorgeous 40% milk chocolate. The honeycomb chunks are available to buy in our online boutique. A bowlful of our new hazelnut dragees – caramelised hazelnuts in dark chocolate & cocoa, ready for boxing. May have just had to test a few……for research purposes……obviously…….. Available to purchase in our online boutique alongside our almond dragees. Paparazzi-ed at “Taste of Heswall” by Heswall.com! Some of our new packaging and confections sneaking into the shot, including our new Salted Caramel Marshmallows available in our online boutique. New products in our lovely new packaging from Taste of Heswall. (Top L-R, Lower L-R) 1. A selection of our products and packaging just about fitting on our table. 2. Caramelised almond and hazelnut dragees, using rich dark chocolate and cocoa powder. 3. Our range of artisan chocolate bars, with everyone now present and looking very smart in their new labels. 4. 6 handmade chocolates, presented in our beautiful chocolate gift box and finished with a crisp white ribbon. All set up and ready to go again at Frodsham Independent Market, enjoying showing our new range to everyone. Having to hide everything from the bright Sun whilst indoors was a novelty. Hand wrapping a big batch of vanilla pod fudge. Would have got a picture of the pot bubbling away but I was too busy trying to avoid flying drops of boiling hot sugar! Apparently we need a bigger fudge pot……. Bags are available in our online boutique. A selection of our artisan chocolate bars photographed by Wallasey Food Fair, including the new and very popular Salted Caramel Bar (available online). Another photograph by Wallasey Food Fair, this time capturing some of our confectionery – honeycomb and rochers smothered in creamy milk chocolate, and gourmet vanilla fudge made with Madagascan vanilla pods.
