Golden caramel peeking through vanilla flecked white chocolate. This bar is inspired by a classic dessert – crème brûlée.
We’ve chosen a delicate white chocolate with a velvety texture and exceptionally milky flavour, then infused it with aromatic Madagascan vanilla pods. The vanilla enhances the creaminess of the white chocolate, which is then blended with pieces of crunchy homemade caramel. As the chocolate melts, the caramel reveals itself with notes of deeply cooked sugar, recreating one of our all time favourite desserts.
