The Valentine’s Day chocolate selection includes:
Passion Fruit
A tangy ganache of passion fruit juice blended with malted milk chocolate in a dark chocolate shell.
Banana & Rum
Milk chocolate ganache with fresh banana puree and a touch of aged rum in a dark chocolate shell.
Soursop White Chocolate Ganache
White chocolate ganache flavoured with soursop – a tropical fruit with aromas of pineapple, strawberry and apple. The soursops we use are grown in Madagascar, and have a light citrus acidity which cuts the sweetness of the white chocolate ganache and creamy milk chocolate shell.
Yuzu Ganache & Crunchy Praline
Dark chocolate shell with an intense yuzu and dark chocolate ganache, balanced by a sweet and crunchy layer of hazelnut and almond praline.
