A golden shell of rich dark chocolate hides a decadent filling of hazelnut and almond praline “Ă l’Ancienne” (a traditional style of praline with crunchy pieces of caramelised nuts). For even more indulgence, we’ve studded the praline with whole roasted Piedmont hazelnuts and finished with a touch of the finest sea salt to make the flavours sing.
