The brittle for this chocolate bar is made in house, combining roasted peanuts, caramel and a good pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavour.
Once cooled and set, our chocolatiers cut the brittle by hand for the best possible texture and flavour, then fold the golden shards through our rich 66% house dark chocolate.
Crunchy, salty, sweet and rich… this bar is dangerously addictive!
