Description

Whole Piedmont Hazelnuts, blanched and perfectly roasted to enhance their flavour.

These hazelnuts are sourced from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. Hazelnuts from this region are widely regarded as the best in the world, and have been awarded a Protected Geographic Indication (PGI), similar to the finest wines.

Perfect simply used as they are as a topping or decoration. Add them to salads and granola, or chop up and sprinkle on ice cream.
