Our house 66% grand cru dark chocolate is smooth and well balanced, with deep roasted cocoa notes and a soft, oaky finish – perfect for this interpretation of this classic fruit and nut chocolate bar. We’ve topped it with slow roast almonds for a crunchy texture and deep, nutty aroma, alongside the sweet, candied peel of fragrant Valencia oranges. Golden raisins bring a pop of fruity acidity, balancing the sweetness of the orange and richness of the almonds and dark chocolate.
