A collaboration with fellow Mancunians, Dormouse Chocolate, one of the top bean to bar craft chocolate makers in the UK.
Each box contains 3 milk and 3 dark chocolate ganache bonbons, showcasing the skill of both chocolate maker and chocolatier.
These exceptional ganaches are made with Dormouse’s award winning Guatemala 72% dark and 51.5% milk chocolate, crafted from bean to bar in their Manchester chocolate shop using cocoa grown around the Laguna Lachuá in the Alta Verapaz Department of Guatemala. Both chocolates are rich and fruity, with the milk expressing delicious biscuit and caramel notes, while the dark accentuates the flavours of dried fruits with a touch of liquorice.
