Description

Gift box of 16 utterly moreish Madagascan milk chocolate truffles, classically finished with a dusting of fine cocoa powder.

For these truffles, we have selected a chocolate made using the best cocoa beans grown on the banks of the Sambirano River. This grand cru milk chocolate reveals sweet notes of caramel, fresh milk and a hint of vanilla, all balanced by a gentle acidity that is typical of fine Madagascan cocoa. Our chocolatiers skillfully blend the melted chocolate with fresh cream to create a luxuriously smooth ganache filling, opening up the flavours and allowing the single-origin cocoa to shine.

Each truffle is encased in a crisp dark chocolate shell and tumbled in cocoa powder for a traditional finish and rich chocolate flavour, melting into the creaminess of the milk chocolate ganache within.
