Salted butter caramels originated in Brittany and we make ours in the traditional French style, with a soft and tender consistency that won’t stick to your teeth.

Made with slowly caramelised sugar, cream infused with Tahitian vanilla, and fresh Normandy butter. Simple ingredients of the highest quality give these classic vanilla caramels their exceptional taste. These are enhanced by the addition of the finest sea salt, balancing the sweetness of the caramel and bringing out its full, buttery flavour.

Velvety smooth salted caramel, captured in a crisp shell of dark chocolate, decorated with flecks of gold for an extra touch of luxury.

We start by slowly heating sugar to a deep amber caramel, then cook it together with cream and vanilla pods before finishing with fresh Normandy butter and flakes of natural sea salt.

The salt lingers gently on the palate, balancing the sweetness of the sugar and enhancing the flavours of both caramel and chocolate.
