With aromas of red fruits and a wonderful freshness on the palate, this chocolate exhibits everything we love about Madagascan cacao. Dried cherries add a burst of sour fruit flavour, while creamy pistachios temper the acidity of the fruit and subtle heat of red Kampot peppercorns.
Kampot peppercorns are widely regarded as some of the finest in the world, and the red pepper has a wonderfully floral and fruity flavour – the ideal partner for the slightly acidic red fruit flavours of Madagascan cacao.
Hand decorated in a deep, shining green with speckles of red, reminiscent of the bursts of flavour from the cherries and heat of the pepper.
